Heart hurts

My heart hurts...

for the ones who don't know You as the Good Shepherd because none of your people shepherded them...

for the ones who feel insignificant because they don't feel like they count, they only feel counted...

for the lonely who don't know You're with them because Your people don't embrace them...

for those who are held to the Word but not built up in it...

Where are the shepherds?

Who will lead?

Love?

Lift?

The church needs leaders who will lay down their lives to build up Your people.

Jesus...

We are called to live like Him.

Lead like Him.

Love like Him.

Build up and build into people like Jesus did.

The church is a people...

Not a place...

Not a plan...

Not a movement.

We've lost that.

It hurts my heart.
